Framing Progress of the New Hospital October 6, 2019

We are getting our inspections completed and things are really starting to happen. We were finally able to bury the sprinkler line and we are starting to get the plumbing in. The HAVC is going to really start going this week and we are going to start electrical as well. The interior framing is scheduled to be completed by midweek, and we are going to start framing the exterior roof line and rough openings for doors and windows. Come back soon for more updates!

Framing Progress of the New Hospital September 15, 2019

Construction is coming along very nicely! in the video and pictures below, you will see we are well into the rough framing phase of our project and you might even see some HVAC duct work in the ceiling areas. We are hoping to call for rough framing inspection by the end of next week. After that, we will have the HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors installing our infrastructure. It will be very impressive to see all the stuff that goes into a building like this, that you never would have known about since it all gets covered up in the end leaving clean walls, floors and ceilings.

Our New Location!

For the last several months, we have been looking for a new location for our hospital. We have come to a point where our currently facilities no longer meet our growing needs and our desire to expand our practice. It took many months, but we have finally found the perfect location!

The new address will be 1786 N. Riverside Ave., Rialto, CA 92376

We are currently in the planning process with the City of Rialto and are expecting to have design approval in the next month or two.

Here is a rendering of the new design we have submitted.

FRONT

The new facility will be approximately 6,500 square feet which is about twice the size of our current facility. It will have 8 exam rooms, 2 surgical suites and a dedicated dental suite to name just a few of the upgrades we have planned. The hospital will be equipped with some of the most up-to-date equipment and infrastructure, not dissimilar to modern day human hospital facilities. This includes negative and positive pressure rooms, controlled exterior air exchange, HEPA filtration and internal oxygen generation, just to name a few.

Our current target date of completion is January of 2020. We will be able to get a more accurate date once we officially break ground.

We are very excited to share this amazing news with you and we invite you to keep up with all of the latest updates as we post them. You can subscribe to this blog and receive updates or you can follow us on Facebook. We look forward to sharing our experience with you and serving you at our brand new facility next year!
